Bryan John Stevens, age 37, of Montgomery, MN, passed on October 6, 2020, in Rochester, MN.

A time of gathering will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, from 5-7 pm, at Ballard-Sunder Funeral and Cremation, 4565 Pleasant Street SE, Prior Lake, MN. Masks are required and social distancing will be maintained. Memorials are preferred and will be distributed in Bryan’s memory, by the family.

Bryan John was born on December 14, 1982, in Rochester, MN, to Terry and Marilyn (Schroeder) Stevens. Most of his growing up years were spent in Shieldsville, MN. As a young boy, Bryan took a strong interest in the outdoors, working, playing, and especially hunting ducks and pheasants. Around the age of 6, his father bought Bryan a four-wheeler, which he truly enjoyed and had well into his 30’s. Bryan and his family enjoyed returning home to Lake City, MN, visiting relatives on the weekends. He was a graduate of the Red Birds from Montgomery High School in 2001, where he played basketball.

Bryan met and married Rachel Turek and they were blessed with a daughter, Haley. After several years, they parted ways. Bryan’s life was enriched reconnecting to a high school classmate and family acquaintance, Megan Stier, in May of 2015. He instantly welcomed her son, Brady into his life. Bryan and Megan were eventually blessed with a daughter, Ari. As a family, they enjoyed camping, fishing, going for walks, swimming, and listening to music.

As a young boy, Bryan too would tag along to work with his father. Through the years, he learned the trade of well drilling. In 1993, Terry started his own business and after his passing, Bryan ran the company from 2005-2007. The last 3 years, he has focused his time being a stay at home dad.

Forever loved and missed by fiancée Megan Stier; children, Haley, Ari, and Brady; mother, Marilyn Stevens; brothers, Jeff Stevens, Gary Steven; half-brothers, Robert Stevens, William Stevens; uncles, aunts, cousins, and many friends.

There greeting Bryan home is his father, Terry Stevens, grandparents, other family and friends.
