Carson Scott Bosquez Sundblad received his angel wings much too soon the evening of Friday, May 9, 2014. His family will greet guests at a visitation on Thursday, May 15, 2014 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM with prayers and reflections at 7:00 PM at Ballard-Sunder Funeral & Cremation, Jordan. The funeral service is Friday, May 16, 2014 at 11:00 AM with visitation one hour prior at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Belle Plaine. Carson will be laid to rest at Oakwood Cemetery in Belle Plaine.
Carson was born March 11, 2014. He just couldn’t wait to get into this world so he came seven weeks earlier than expected. He weighed only 3 pounds, 14 ounces and measured 17 inches long. Even though he was just a little guy, Carson always had a big presence. He was a fighter.
As a preemie, Carson received extra special care from his proud parents, and they showered their baby boy with love. Carson will always be remembered for his bright smile and the adorable grunts he’d make.
Carson is missed deeply by those who loved him; parents, Joshua Sundblad and Brittney Bosquez; grandparents, Wendy Oekle, Randy Sundblad, Jennifer and Nicholas Bosquez, Bryan and Pearl Vedders; great-grandparents; many aunts and uncles; other loving relatives and close friends.
Pall bearers for Carson are Nick Bosquez, Austin Sundblad, Andrea Voegele, Jason Voegele, Amber Craswell and Chad Sanders.
