Connie Jeanne Creighton, 66 passed away at Mesa Christian Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tempe, AZ.
Visitation will be on Monday, April 25, 9:30 – 11:00 am at Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church in Prior Lake with the celebration of life service to follow at 11:00 am.
