Donna L. Hammer, of Savage, passed away peacefully at Friendship Manor in Shakopee on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at the age of 75. A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM with Prayers & Reflections at 7:30 PM at Ballard-Sunder Funeral & Cremation in Prior Lake.
She was a dedicated wife, loving mother and a wonderful grandma. Donna will be deeply missed an remembered always by her husband, Daniel Hammer; daughters, Debra (Pam Barone) Noiske, Danna (Steve) Monnens, Denise Garske and Daniel Hammer, Jr.; grandchildren, James Noiske, Ashley (Rodney Lorfing) Noiske, Jillian (Blake) Romann, Michael Monnens, Laura Monnens, Kaycee (John) Dudgeon, Bailee Garske and Jeffrey Hammer; great-grandkids, Sebastian, Marilyn, Alli, Hannah, Shay and Coleton (expected soon); siblings, Linda Shipley, Mike (Diane) Johnson, Kenny Johnson, Bob (Julie) Johnson; many nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
Donna was greeted in Heaven by her parents, Henry & Bernice Johnson and sister, Jo Ann (Donnie) Zitzloff.
