A lifelong resident of Shakopee, MN, Gerald Pink was 93 when he passed away on September 22, 2018, at All Saints Senior Living in Shakopee.
A visitation will be on Saturday, October 6 from 1-1:45 pm, at Ballard-Sunder Funeral and Cremation 833 South Marschall Road, Shakopee, MN. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 2 pm, at the Church of St. Mark (The Parish of Saints Joachim and Anne) 350 Atwood Street, Shakopee. Gerald will be laid to rest at Shakopee Catholic Cemetery, with military honors provided by the Shakopee Memorial Rifle Squad.
Gerald was born on December 11, 1924 to parents Henry and Catherine (Fitz) Pink. He proudly served in the United States Navy.
Survived by nieces, Lynn Rousseau and Laurie Pink; nephew, Tony Pink; great-nephews, Collin Reitmeier, Henry Pink, and Hugo Pink; great-nieces, Tara Reitmeier and Hailey Pink. Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Bud and sister-in-law, Betty; nephew, David Pink and niece, Suzanne Reitmeier.
