Gregory Floyd Seeman, a devoted husband, father, grandfather (affectionately known as HaHa) and steward of God left his earthly home in Prior Lake, MN to go to his heavenly mansion on February 7, 2025. He was born October 2, 1947, in Minneapolis to Floyd and Irene Seeman.
The original DIY enthusiast he is survived by his cherished wife Lisa of 54 years, children Nicole Rudoll (Travis), Matthew Seeman (Pinky), Joshua Seeman, grandchildren Austin Rudoll (Jenni), Gavin Rudoll (Madi), Cadin Rudoll, Colin Rudoll, Jacob Seeman and great granddaughters Addison and Makenna. He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Irene Seeman.
Greg loved spending time with his family at the lake cabin or in Door County (WI) where he could be on or near water. He also enjoyed keeping up with anything automotive or boating related. His selflessness was apparent in all things, as he was ready and willing to help with a project or at church when needed. That selflessness resulted in his dedication to the City of Bloomington for 40 years as well as his service in the Army and subsequently the Reserves where he reached the rank of Master Sargent prior to his military retirement in 2007.
We will miss his infectious laughter, quirky sense of humor and love of food (especially cheesecake). Greg will always be remembered as God’s faithful servant.
It’s hard to forget someone who gave us so much to remember.
In honor of Greg’s life, a service will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church (5634 Luther Road SE) in Prior Lake Minnesota at 1:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests considering donations to Samaritans purse in Greg’s name. Https://samaritanspurse.org
