Kenneth “Kenny” Kauser, age 77, of Prior Lake, passed away at his home on December 14, 2022.
A Time of Gathering will be held at Ballard Sunder Funeral Home in Prior Lake (4565 Pleasant St.) on December 28th from 3-5pm. A Prayer service led by Father Tom Walker will be held after, starting at 5pm.
On November 25, 1945, Kenny was born to parents Frank and Madonna (Stowe) Kauser. They moved to Richfield where he would spend the majority of his early life. Those years were filled with dirt bikes, fishing/hunting trips with his family and friends and racing cars. He loved spending hours working on cars with his friends, paying special attention to his most favorite; His 1969 Chevy Nova.
On June 16, 1973, Kenny’s life changed for the better when he married the love of his life, Kandice (Swanson). In 1980 he pursued his dream and started his own business (Kenny’s Shoe & Leather Repair). Kenny and Kandi were both blessed to have two wonderful sons in Kenny “K.C.” and Joe.
Kenny was able to pass on his love of fishing, camping, hunting and going to car shows onto his boys. When grandchildren came into the picture for Kenny, he loved to spend time with them anytime he could. He always said, “Family is Everything”.
Selfless, strong-willed, and caring with a great sense of humor; Kenny will be greatly missed by his Wife, Kandice; Sons, Kenny “K.C.” (Shannon Goettsche) Kauser; Joe (Bridget) Kauser; Grandchildren, Teigan, Charlotte, and Murphy; Siblings, Donna (John) Nelson, Norma (Jim) Doerfler, Laura Kauser, Mike (Kim) Kauser; and many other family members and friends.
Kenny is preceded in death by his Parents; Frank and Madonna; Brother Frank Kauser.
