LuJean L Fiihr, age 70, of Shakopee, MN, passed away unexpectedly on Friday 5, 2023, at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN.
A Christian Funeral will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 11 am, with a time of gathering from 9:30-10:45 am, at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 12700 Marystown Road, Shakopee. Pastor John Stelljes will preside. The Shakopee Memorial Squad will provide military honors for LuJean.
LuJean Lannette was born on October 21, 1952, in Brookings, South Dakota, to George and Irene (Blum) Fiihr. She eventually served her country in the United States Army, as an Intelligence Analyst for over 6 years, while being stationed in Germany. A dedicated and hard-working employee, LuJean worked for over 35 years at Integer (formerly known as Lake Region), in Chaska, MN.
Living a simple life, LuJean was most proud of being a mother to her daughter, Angela. Together, they enjoyed watching TV, shopping, and visiting family back home in South Dakota. In her free time, LuJean was quite artistic. She enjoyed painting by numbers, drawing and creating poetry.
Forever loved, LuJean will be forever missed by daughter, Angela; siblings, Delbert (Ileen) Fiihr, LaDean (Wayne) Olson, Darrel (Karrye) Fiihr, Doug Fiihr; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
Greeting LuJean home in Heaven are her parents, George and Irene and brother, Richard Fiihr.
