Mary V. Carcamo, age 58 of Shakopee, MN, passed away on Friday, September 29th, 2023. A visitation will take place at Ballard-Sunder Funeral Home in Shakopee, MN (833 Marschall Road) on Friday, October 6 from 4-7pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 7th, starting at 1pm with a visitation being held prior from 10am-1pm. Mary will be laid to rest following the service at Valley Cemetery in Shakopee, MN. Mary was a caring mother, sister, and friend to all. She made sure to always take care of the ones she loved most. Born in Catcamas, Honduras on December 30th, 1964, Mary eventually moved to Minnesota in 1997, settling in Shakopee.
Mary loved spending time with her family by playing board games, cooking together, and spending time outdoors, especially watching her children play soccer. Mary enjoyed hosting large gatherings of family and friends whenever she could, regardless of her health. The most defining characteristic of Mary was that she was always happy. No matter what, she could always be found smiling or laughing, especially when surrounded by the ones she loved.
Mary was survived by her partner, Jesus; children, Kelvin, Susan (Kevin), Brian, Carrie, Jesus, and Emmanuel; siblings, Manuel de Jesús, Nora Elizabeth, Libio Evelio, José Antonio, Luz Marina, Carlos Moisés, Olga Janeth, Samuel de Jesús, and Johana Mariela; and many other relatives and friends.
Mary was greeted in heaven by her mother, Elena Aurora, and brother, Victor.

Se llevará a cabo un velorio en Ballard-Sunder Funeral Home en Shakopee, MN (833 Marschall Road) el viernes 6 de octubre de 4- 19:00 horas. Se llevará a cabo un funeral el sábado 7 de octubre a partir de la 1 p. m. y el velorio se llevará a cabo antes de 10 a. m. a 1 p. m. Mary será sepultada después del servicio en el Cementerio Valley en Shakopee, MN.
Mary era una madre, hermana y amiga cariñosa para todos. Se aseguró de cuidar siempre de los que más amaba. Nacida en Catacamas, Honduras, el 30 de diciembre de 1964, Mary finalmente se mudó a Minnesota en 1997 y se instaló en Shakopee.
A Mary le encantaba pasar tiempo con su familia jugando juegos de mesa, cocinando juntos y pasando tiempo al aire libre, especialmente viendo a sus hijos jugar fútbol. Mary disfrutaba organizando grandes reuniones de familiares y amigos siempre que podía, independientemente de su salud. La característica más definitoria de María fue que siempre estaba feliz. Pase lo que pase, siempre se la podía encontrar sonriendo o riendo, especialmente cuando estaba rodeada de sus seres queridos.
A María le sobrevivió su compañero, Jesús; niños, Kelvin, Susan (Kevin), Brian, Carrie, Jesús y Emmanuel; hermanos, Manuel de Jesús, Nora Elizabeth, Libio Evelio, José Antonio, Luz Marina, Victor Ramón QEPD, Carlos Moisés, Olga Janeth, Samuel de Jesús y Johana Mariela; y muchos otros familiares y amigos.
María fue recibida en el cielo por su madre Elena Aurora y su hermano Víctor.
