On November 22, 2017, Skye Elizabeth Overson was born. She just couldn’t wait to come into the world, and she was born at only 22 weeks and 6 days gestation. Her parents fell in love with her immediately. Andrew and Liz had to wait 22 days before they could hold their beautiful daughter, but it was well worth the wait. Skye taught her parents about strength, patience, compassion, humor that goes beyond words and unconditional love.
Skye also captured the hearts of her extended family, neighbors, friends and medical providers. She always had a bright smile on her face and brought so much joy into the world. In her two short years, Skye made a huge impact on the world. She left a handprint on the hearts of so many people and taught everyone around her what it meant to be Skye Strong .
Although Skye is now in Heaven, her memory will live on in the hearts of her parents, Andrew & Liz Overson; little brother, Jet Overson; grandparents, Ron & Cynthia Overson, Susan (Jeff Conkling) Rindal and Mark Rendahl; aunts and uncles, Anna & Tom Cawcutt and Jessika & Jim Schneider; cousins, Layla, Cade and Madeline; other loving relatives and many wonderful friends.
